How long does it take for my Prescription Glasses to be made?

Prescription glasses can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks depending on the color of the lens and the different coatings. As long as you have submitted everything correctly when you first ordered, you can expect them to ship no later than 3 weeks after you placed the order.

I paid for express shipping on my Prescription Glasses, why have my Prescription Glasses not shipped in 1-3 business days?

As stated above, our Prescription Glasses take 2-3 weeks to process, you are simply paying extra for the actual shipping time itself. Our standard shipping time is 3-7 business days.

I forgot to enter my Prescription and Pupillary Distance at checkout, where can I send it?

No worries if you forgot to attach your Prescription and/or your Pupillary Distance with your order. Feel free to send an email to info@coewear.com with your order number in the subject line and attach your RX or PD to the email so we can attach it to your order. If we have not received it from you, we will reach out ASAP so we can get started on your order.

What is PD (Pupillary Distance) and how can I find mine?

Pupillary Distance is the distance in millimeters between the centers of the pupils of the eyes. It's a crucial measurement to ensure the optical center of each lens is directly in front of your pupil, which optimizes vision and reduces eye strain. You can always reach out to your Eye Doctor if they have not listed it on your RX, or you can use this link to measure it online through AccuPD.

Do you offer replacement prescription lenses?

No, unfortunately we do not offer replacement prescription lenses at this time. You will have to purchase a new set of glasses to update your RX or if any damage happens to your RX lenses.
