What is our Return Policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, we will gladly accept unworn product in its original packaging for full refund within 30 days from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@coewear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

No, certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, prescription or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages, Issues and Warranty

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

CO Eyewear guarantees all of its products against manufacturer's defects for a period of 12 months from the date you received it. We will replace any defective or malfunctioning product at no charge to the customer. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratched lenses, accidental damage, loss or theft of product, or misuse.

Shipping, Delivery and Updating Orders

Please make sure your shipping address is up to date across all of your payment platforms (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, Shop Pay, PayPal, your internet browser, etc.). We have had issues where you input your correct shipping address, but then use one of the above ways to pay and it auto corrects to your old shipping address. Sometimes you are able to catch it quick enough and shoot us an email and we always try our best to update the shipping on our end.

Things happen, we get it! Please shoot us an email to info@coewear.com and in the subject line include your order number and the body of the email, you can include the correct shipping address. Please note that our fulfillment team works extremely quick to get out your orders, so even if you reach out right after you order, there is no guarantee that we will be able to update your shipping address.

We totally understand, you didn't mean to order a particular product, need to switch the colorway, or swap the item altogether. If we can catch it before our fulfillment team ships your order, we are happy to update your order to you. Just reach out via email with your order number and what you need to update so we can try and get it done ASAP.

Shipping Time

Our fulfillment team usually gets all order out by 11am CST. Please note if you place an order after that, it will not get shipped until the next day. The shipping time varies on which shipping method you choose. We offer Expedited and First Class so the delivery period is between 1-7 business days pending what you choose. Please give us an extra business day to process orders when we run a sale.

So frustrating, I know, but we ask that you hang tight. Your first step would be to contact the shipping carrier, as it was their job to deliver it, next, shoot us an email with your order number and your shipping address and then we will ask you to wait approximately 7-10 days. If it does not show up 7-10 days after the delivery date, we will reconvene and find the best course of action.

In most cases, it is pretty accurate. It is not typically accurate for our prescription glasses.

Prescription Glasses

Prescription glasses can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks depending on the color of the lens and the different coatings. As long as you have submitted everything correctly when you first ordered, you can expect them to ship no later than 3 weeks after you placed the order.

As stated above, our Prescription Glasses take 2-3 weeks to process, you are simply paying extra for the actual shipping time itself. Our standard shipping time is 3-7 business days.

No worries if you forgot to attach your Prescription and/or your Pupillary Distance with your order. Feel free to send an email to info@coewear.com with your order number in the subject line and attach your RX or PD to the email so we can attach it to your order. If we have not received it from you, we will reach out ASAP so we can get started on your order.

Pupillary Distance is the distance in millimeters between the centers of the pupils of the eyes. It's a crucial measurement to ensure the optical center of each lens is directly in front of your pupil, which optimizes vision and reduces eye strain. You can always reach out to your Eye Doctor if they have not listed it on your RX, or you can use this link to measure it online through AccuPD.

No, unfortunately we do not offer replacement prescription lenses at this time. You will have to purchase a new set of glasses to update your RX or if any damage happens to your RX lenses.

No, we do not offer clip on side shields that fit to any frame. Your best bet is to order a pair that are marked z87+ in the heading to ensure you are receiving glasses with side shield protection.

Not at this time, but hopefully in the future!

No, our Hard Money Glasses only come in one size which is XL. They are not marked on the frame, but we can assure you, you are receiving the correct size Hard Money Glasses.

Any pair of our glasses that are listed as z87 will be stamped into the frame and etched into the lens.
